Charming and bright apartment with balcony, within a quiet and green residential area in the neighborhood of San Martino.

The accommodation is located on the third floor of a building with elevator and opens onto a large living area furnished with television and sofa. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, while the sleeping area is divided into two rooms, one with a double bed and the second with a double sofa bed. Finally, a small balcony and a bathroom with shower complete the layout.

Guests are provided with amenities such as a washing machine, iron, heating and Wi-Fi.
