Cà De Pace is a two bedroom house situated on the main square in the centre of the ancient village of Civezza. The house has been completely re-furbished to a high standard by Civezza's premiere builder (Visigalli) The house retains its original village house atmosphere but has been designed by the local architect and has all modern day design.
It is set over three floors. The first floor is the living room with original stone walls. it is comfortably furnished and has a sofa bed if required for extra quests. T.V. wi fi. Also on this floor is a bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom.
There is a modern spiral staircase leading to the second floor where there is a modern fully equipped kitchen, second bathroom and the master bedroom with double bed. From here there is another small spiral staircase leading to private terrace where you can relax while overlooking the square and the beautiful scenery of the valley beyond.

Further Details: a charming walking and cycle track all along the sea front built on the line of a disused railway line which runs for the entire length of the coast, from San Lorenzo al Mare to Ospedaletti grossing the town of San Remo the 28 km breathtaking stretch provides access to five kilometres of previously unreachable beaches. The path is a cyclist’s dream: flat and wide, surrounded by trees and flowers, it is perfect for families and for experienced cyclists.

-By car from Milan:Tade the motorway A7 in the direction of Genova, and follow the signs towards Ventimiglia. Take the exit marked Imperia Ovest.
From Torino, take the A6 to Savona. Follow the signs towards Ventimiglia, and come off the motorway at Imperia Ovest.
From Nice. Take the A10 to Genova and come off the motorway at Imperia Ovest. After leaving the motorway turn left and follow the signs towards San Lorenzo al Mare eventually on your right you find the turning for Civezza.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und neu saniert. Wer mittendrin sein möchte und den Luxus zu schätzen weiß, für einen Cafe oder Aperitivo nur aus der Haustür gehen zu müssen, ist hier genau richtig.
Der Empfang durch die Hausverwalterin war freundlich und da sie perfekt Deutsch spricht, ohne Komplikationen.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kehren gut erholt nach Hause zurück.

Wir kommen wieder!
Mitten im Zentrum eines kleinen ligurischen Bergortes
Sehr netter, gastfreundlicher Empfang. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse auf die Umgebung. Super zentral gelegen. Praktischer Schnitt der Wohnung für mehrere Personen mit Bedürfnis des gemeinsamen Reisens, jedoch mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.

Ferienhaus ist ideal für Familien oder auch 2 Paare, da es 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad in zwei Stockwerken gibt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, ebenso die Lichtinstallationen. Die Waschmaschine ist im obersten Stock bei der Terrasse, sehr praktisch. Einzig die Fenster ohne Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten würden einen Abzug rechtfertigen, fallen aber im Gesamten wirklich raus. Bei möglichen Fragen oder Problemen ist der Ansprechpartner immer zu erreichen.
Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.
Für diejenigen die noch nie in Civezza waren: Dieser Ort ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Für uns ist schon die Anreise wie ein "heimkommen". Es gibt wunderschöne Ausflugsziele entlang der Küste aber auch im Hinterland. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Radweg an der Küste und der Markt in San Remo.

Wir haben unsere Ferien in diesem geschmackvoll gestalteten Haus sehr genossen Ein Haus in dem wir uns gut entspannen und wohlgefühlt haben .Die Dachterrasse gibt es oben herrlichen Blick auf die Piazzeta und die umliegende Berglandschaft . Monica und Franco waren jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne kommen wir wieder . Familie Walter

Een hartelijk welkom , toen wij hier arriveerden.Een prachtig gerestaureerd huis met 2 badkamers, schoon en goed geoutilleerd met fris linnengoed.
Een gezellige zithoek en eetkamer met luxueuze keuken en een heerlijk zonnig dakterras.
Maar heel charmant : uitzicht op het dorpsplein met terras ,waar we vele malen hebben gegeten cappuccino dronken en genoten van het borrelen met de heerlijke italiaanse wijn. Vriendelijke gastvrie mensen en genoten van de couleur locale.

Wat was het weer heerlijk na 2 jaar terug te komen in "mijn" Civezza. Eerder in ons eigen huis, nu in het prachtig gerestaureerde Ca da Pace. Genieten op het plein van het italiaanse leven pur sang. Lieve host, geweldige dorpsgenoten. Ik zal hier nog heel vaak terug komen.

We e were a big group of people from Sweden we had a lovely time in Civezza which was one of the most beautiful villages we ever visited and Civezza managed to impress us all with its cosy narrow roads, amazing restuarants and multiple hiking options. It is the perfect spot to visit both where you can both relax and be active. I highly recommend Civezza And Franco our landlord simply the best always at our service thanks Franco
A perfect holiday rental
I stayed in this house with my friend who had never been to the village unlike myself who knows the village well. The house has been completely updated to a give a modern and yet still ethnic feel. The situation is perfect in that it overlooks the village square where you can watch the everyday life of the villagers and visitors but with its beautiful arched double glazed windows all village sound can be shut off if required. It was very hot during our stay but due to the age of this property and the insulation it always felt wonderfully cool inside which was a huge plus. The house was spotlessly clean and all equipment was very modern. The owner of this property has clearly thought of his tenants requirements and has catered for their needs perfectly. I have enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay again
A wonderfully sunny week in a charming Italian hill top village.
An utterly delightful week.Civezza is charming;beautiful buildings nestled on the hillside with enchanting little passageways suddenly opening up to glorious mountains views. Life is centred around the main square which CaDePace looks onto.The restaurant there is utterly delightful.The food is excellent and the steak with gorgonzola was-sublime.The house is beautiful, so very carefully restored yet keeping its rustic charm. The vaulted ceilings and stone walls create such a charming atmosphere.It is perfectly clean, with all amenities to hand.The restoration really does enhance the ancient building and is of a highest standard.Franco is on hand in the village square to offer suggestions on places to explore but ,apart from the sandy beach 4kms away, one would be very content relaxing in the beautiful village

Lungo periodo di relax invernale a Civezza. L'inverno a Civezza è la Primavera delle altre località. Lunghe passeggiate fra i monti e il mare. percorsi in bicicletta su strade incantevoli fra gli ulivi, sia in BDC che in MTB. E al ritorno in paese un ottimo piatto a "La Piazzetta" condito dalla simpatia e famigliarità dei residenti nel borgo. Notti silenziose, albe e tramonti da cartolina. Ca' di Pace è quanto di meglio si possa desiderare. Tutto è nuovo o restaurato con cura e grande gusto. Casa luminosa con un terrazzo che domina la piazza principale rivolta al luce del tramonto. Bagni nuovi e moderni, docce e servizi idraulici efficienti . Cucina attrezzata e completa. Esperienza da ripetere e soprattutto consigliare. Grazie a Franco Perri, sempre presente e disponibile, grande professionista.
Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in malerischem Dorf
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub im malerischen Civezza. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach phantastisch und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht, super sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Auf der kleinen Terrasse kann man wunderbar die Abende ausklingen lassen. Franco ist immer da, wenn man ihn braucht oder Fragen hat.
In Civezza gibt es zwei gute Restaurants und zum Meer ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Einfach perfekt.

A real good time, once more!
We know the Village and the surroundings for seven years now, and every year was a great pleasure for us. Also our now grown up kids come back here once in a while! I would like to thank Franco for his truly open attitude and the ability to provide his guests with the best service! You are doing an excellent job Franco, and always with a smile! This appartment should please any visitor, don't hesitate to book it. But leave a free week for us next year...

Wir waren eine Woche in dem malerischen Dorf Civezza. Die Ferienwohnung war für uns (3 Erwachsene) perfekt!! Die Lage, Umgebung und Ausstattung waren top! Franco und sein Team waren immer sehr bemüht und stets für uns da . Grazie mille Franco!!! Wir konnten uns super entspannen und la dolce vita wunderbar genießen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder...a presto...tanti cari saluti Daniela, Friedrich e Sarah :-)

The house was clean, nicely decorated and you got everything you needed for an perfect stay. While our stay in Civezza we felt like real Italians, because the Village and the people there gave us that feeling.

And Franco is the best - he was there for us whenever we needed him!
All in all: for us it was the perfect stay with Italian vibes.

Schöne Ferien
Wir verbrachten trotz ligurischem Herbststurm wunderbare Ferientage in Civezza. Da es wie ein Adlerhorst auf einer Felsnase gebaut ist, haben wir hier fast nichts gemerkt. Es gibt schöne Spaziermöglichkeiten in der Nähe in den Olivenhainen und das Meer ist nicht weit weg. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern renoviert und hat viel Charme, auch die kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf die Piazza haben wir geschätzt. Franco und Monica waren sehr freundlich, danke vielmals für Alles und auf Wiedersehen!

Just had the most wonderful week in Civezza, the village is idyllic and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The two restaurants were so lovely and the food was delicious.
We had a great time in this beautiful house
The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a great holiday. The only thing you have to get used to is the seating furniture in the living room ;-).
In Civezza there is also everything you need and also the people are very nice and helpful. We could cycle, hike, laze, eat and drink tasty food and also the way to the beach was ok.
