Lovely classic-style apartment with a private garden and beautiful view of the lake, just a few steps from the pier.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building. The entrance opens onto a hallway that leads to the other rooms. The living area consists of a living room with a sofa and single sofa bed, a wooden dining table and TV. In a separate space there is a kitchen equipped with all amenities including a dishwasher, a microwave and a kettle. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of a bedroom equipped with a double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. The highlight of the house is the garden with beautiful views of the lake and furnished with a table perfect for enjoying tasty meals outdoors.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
