Spacious and bright apartment on the fifth floor of a building with a lift, close to the center, the stadium and a few meters away from Via del Pratello, renowned for its pubs and typical locals.

The apartment consists of a large living area with a balcony, furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a TV, and an American kitchen with a peninsula, a microwave and a kettle.
Next is the sleeping area, divided into three rooms, one with a queen-size bed, one with two single beds and the third with a queen-size bed and a double futon mattress. The last two rooms mentioned also have an adjoining balcony.
Finally, completing the layout are the two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and bidet.

Air conditioning and heating are available free of charge.

*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

In the historical centre is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of the medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise all year round.

The central train station is 3.2 km from the accommodation, while the airport can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
