Bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm). A high-quality pull-out couch with a full-size mattress (160x200cm) provides sleeping space for 2 additional people in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/small freezer, coffee machine (Senseo pods), kettle, toaster, hand mixer, and there are sufficient dishes and kitchen utensils available to cook to your heart's content.

Bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer. Towels and bed linen (initial supply) provided.

From the living room, you have access to the terrace, which is equipped with a table and 4 chairs as well as a charcoal grill.

Wardrobe with hooks for jackets and drying facilities for skis and winter sports equipment.

Family-friendly, spacious vacation apartment in a quiet location

The modernly furnished vacation apartment is about 60 square meters and is located in the basement of a single-family house, accessible via a separate entrance. It features a spacious combined living and dining room, a bedroom, as well as a kitchen, bathroom/WC, and wardrobe. From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the Saneberg and the ski lifts in Sinswang and hear the cowbells of grazing cows during the summer months from the terrace.

Wardrobe with the possibility to hang jackets, as well as drying space for skis and winter recreational sports equipment.

The apartment is a non-smoking unit. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Two playgrounds are located nearby. The spa park with the newly designed large playground is reachable on foot in 10 minutes. The walking distance to the bus stop is about 5 minutes.

The parking space is located right in front of the house.
