The "Haus am Sagenweg" has a modern open-plan kitchen/living room with all the necessary appliances: Ceran hobs, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and everything else that is important for a holiday. From the dining area you can enjoy the view of the garden and the woods. The living room with panoramic window welcomes you with a cosy seating area, relevant media such as television, DVD player and mini music system with iPod connection. High-performance internet access via Wi-Fi and a satellite connection round off the technical facilities. The bedroom is furnished with high-quality beds and a spacious wardrobe. The dreamlike peace and quiet and the view of the surrounding woods ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom with bathtub also offers a beautiful view of the surrounding meadows and forests. In the basement there is another very spacious bedroom and a small bathroom, which can be rented on request. A washing machine completes the comfort. A large, secluded, south/west-facing garden with garden furniture in front of and behind the house invites you to relax. There is also a bicycle shed and car parking spaces.

Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the house on Sagenweg. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

The house, right on the border with France, is situated in an absolutely quiet location on the edge of Nothweiler, a small village nestled between the Palatinate Forest and the Northern Vosges Mountains. Easily changeable heights, shady forests and extensive orchards invite you to spend an unforgettable holiday in the Franco-German biosphere reserve. The Burgenland enchants with numerous castles and rocks in the romantic Wasgau in the Dahner Felsenland holiday region. Worthwhile excursion destinations, sights and bathing lakes ensure a varied and active holiday. Ideal for hiking, cycling, walking, climbing and trail riding.

This is our house: we lovingly call it our dacha - our little house with surrounding garden, above Nothweiler, with a fantastic view of the village and the surrounding forests up to the Wegelnburg. The Haus am Sagenweg is located on the outskirts of the village directly on the hiking route to the ‘Sagenweg’. Built in the 1970s, our little house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely dining area and a living room with panoramic views. The kitchen opens directly onto the garden. The meadow invites you to sunbathe and relax, the view of the woods and the Wegelnburg castle to daydream. Ideal for 2 people (on request also for 4 people), simply beautiful and practical for being together.
