The cosy, enclosed holiday home is located on a plot of approx. 870 sqm, with its own carport and an unobstructed view of the flora and fauna and the nearby forests, in a beautiful landscape. You can look forward to a tasteful, naturally wooden and comfortably furnished "holiday chalet" in a dreamlike location. It meets all modern requirements for comfortable living.
The wooden house has two sun terraces, a spacious living and dining area with a fantastic panoramic view of nature and access to the garden. The house is in a very quiet location with a small pond. Here you can enjoy the silence, the tranquillity and the breathtaking view. Relax alone or as a couple with a glass of wine under a clear starry sky or at sunset at the robust dining table on the veranda. Who wouldn't want to do that?
On colder days, a wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth in addition to the existing central heating. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. You will find sufficient crockery, high-quality cutlery, pots and pans, glasses, dishwasher, cooker with plate warming compartment, refrigerator with freezer compartments.
A coffee machine (filter size 1x4) with a warming pot as well as a Senseo coffee machine are available, as well as a toaster, water and egg boiler. A dreamy and cosy bedroom awaits you with a double bed (160x200), a large wardrobe and patio door to the garden. The beds are made and towels are provided. There is also a small but nice bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate guest toilet. A beechwood staircase leads up to the gallery, where there is a resting place and a small sitting area. WLAN is available.
Our house is a non-smoking house, you are welcome to smoke on the terraces. Ashtrays are available. The idyllic location is a great place to relax. In addition, the chalet serves as an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and much more.
