The house "Emil" has 2 bedrooms on the first floor: 1. Has a double bed, chest of drawers, TV, desk and fan. 2. Has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a chair. On the first floor, guests will find a living room and bathroom with toilet and shower. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a guest toilet, a cloakroom and a storage room with garden furniture. In front of the house there is a furnished seat with garden furniture and a parking space.

I am very happy to welcome you to the Ferienhaus "Emil". The house is located in Cochem-Sehl in a quiet street in Cochem. From the windows of the holiday home you can have a wonderful view of the beautiful vineyard. There is a direct parking space in front of the accommodation. If you arrive by bus or train, you will certainly arrive by taxi (1.5 km from the train station) or on foot. The phone number of the taxi office is: 02671/8080. This half-timbered holiday home consists of 2 floors and is furnished in warm colors and tastefully furnished. It has two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed and cable TV. The bathroom has a shower. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet and cloakroom. You will also find all the necessary cleaning and disinfecting agents there. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchen with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and hotplate. A variety of dining options are located nearby and within walking distance. The shops are literally at your feet. A supermarket is right next to the house. A great vacation spot for everyone. For children there is Klotti Park with roller coaster and wild animals, a swimming pool and open air pool, golf course and etc. For adults excursion to Trier, Koblenz, wineries, hanging bridges Geierlei, bike paths along the Moselle and many hiking trails.
