A textbook example of a house on a farm. Surrounded by blooming meadows, lush fields and vibrant woods, you can enjoy views of the Hochkönig range and the Tennen Mountains until the early morning fog clears the valley. The small sheep bells from the neighbouring flock gently herald the start of the day; the owner’s dog looks forward to receiving its first cuddles. And don’t forget the donkeys and ponies, otherwise they’ll be jealous. You’ve just enjoyed a wonderful night’s sleep and are now enjoying the view from the balcony. That’s no surprise on these comfortable solid wood beds at over 1,000 m above sea level. Throughout the house you’ll find furniture made using the highest quality carpentry and craftsmanship that is typical for the region. Parquet floors, wood panelling and the large built-in kitchen made from light wood reflect the quality of this work.

You’ve earned this summer holiday
Come to Bischofshofen in the Salzburg region. It’s a lovely town only around 50 km away from the history-steeped Mozart city of Salzburg. There’s no place for boredom on a holiday between impressive sights such as Hohenwerfen Castle, the giant ice caves or Hellbrunn Palace and a paradise for mountain lovers. Your house lies below the “Hochgründeck“, an idyllic hiking region on a plateau. Start your bike tours directly from the front door for leisurely excursions as well as challenging tours, e.g. to the Hochgründeck. Let the tasty berries and mushrooms along the way stop you in your tracks on the rapid descents into the valley to St. Johann, Eben or Wagrain. Excursions by e-bike are particularly popular. The crisp passages are easy and the destination of the day is the marvellous bathing lake in Eben.

Winters here are still “proper”!
In the heart of the Ski Amadé ski sports region, you can reach 270 kilometres of perfectly prepared slopes in just a few minutes by car. The key word for young children is FUN in the “Monte Popolo” children’s ski region (15 km). Ski school is child’s play here. Your holiday home is ideal for the contemplative, quiet wintertime. The small hillsides and inclines are the ideal place to enjoy tobogganing and kids love playing in the snow and looking for animal tracks.

Tip: The “UNESCO Ore of the Alps Global Geopark” is always worth a visit. A view-packed hiking trail that takes you past museums, show mines and spectacles of nature.
