The holiday home


Towels and bedclothes are available, if you need fresh ones, please inform us. Put dirty linen in a basket in front of the front door.
If you have your own pieces to wash, we will be happy to wash them for a small fee. Please contact us.
You will find drying linen in the laundry room.
Iron and ironing board are in the kitchen, also a vacuum cleaner and a two-step ladder.

If you want to store refrigerated goods that do not fit in your freezer compartment, we will gladly put them in our freezer on request.
There is a safe in the kitchen cupboard, another one in the bedroom upstairs by the window behind the bedside table (keys in the cupboard).



We ask you not to smoke in the house!


Covered terrace may be used.



Parking possibility at the house.


Notes on waste disposal:

In the kitchen under the sink there is a bucket for residual waste.
The grey bin for residual waste is in the courtyard.
Organic waste goes into the brown bucket next to the sink.
Plastic and aluminium foil, cans and plastic cups belong in the yellow bag.
Paper and cardboard, also glass are collected in the hallway below.


For minor accidents:
You will find a first aid kit in the bathroom, please tell us what was taken so we can replenish it. The next guests should find it complete again.
If you have an misfortune of any kind, please let us know. This is the only way we can be sure that guest and landlord can be satisfied.


The final cleaning of the cottage is included in the rental price. You will receive the house in a well-kept condition. Therefore we demand from our guests that they also keep the apartment clean and hand over the house broom-clean. For the cleaning you will find cleaning agents in the kitchen under the sink.
For longer stays, the landlord can clean the apartment after consultation with the tenant.

-departure until 10 am, later time counts as 1 day more

-If a key is lost, costs of 20 Euro

-that you leave the used dishes clean

-refrigerator and freezer compartment have been emptied (switch off, leave open)

-the rooms are broom clean
-the garbage cans and cosmetic bins are emptied

Holiday home in the district of Tiefenstein, living rooms on 2 floors, 2 minutes to the edge of the forest, entrance area covered - can also be used as a terrace, also a small garden house, which is based on the holiday home available, bus stop, post office, shopping facilities within 2 minutes
Our district offers you sports facilities: In Staden you can reach football fields, sports restaurant and natural swimming pool in 10 minutes on foot.


Shopping facilities: Bakery, supermarket, florist, post office, dentist as well as bus stop and hairdresser are in close proximity, also pharmacy and doctor are within walking distance.
Our town offers many cultural and historical sights. The city centre with the Felsenkirche, Schloss Bosselstein and the new Schloss Oberstein, the landmarks of our city, can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
In the forest you are in 2 minutes. It invites you to walk and hike.
If desired we will familiarize you with the area and plan and carry out hikes with you.
The Weiherschleife and the Steinkaulenberg with its gemstone mine are popular hiking destinations, as well as the Wildenburg with its wildlife enclosures and wild cats.
Our area offers many possibilities for bikers and motorcyclists.
The Hochwald and the Moselle are beautiful destinations for excursions. The village of Herrstein with its historical centre invites you to stay. There the round trip of the "Traumschleife Mittelalterpfad" begins.


Once a week we gladly organize a barbecue evening at the house, where everyone can bring and lay out their barbecue food as desired.
