Apartment Ferienhaus "Landhaus Am Wiesengrund" à Merzalben, Rhineland-Palatinate

The completely renovated house accommodates six people and includes the following amenities: Two bathrooms, both with raised toilets. One bathroom with a barrier-free shower and toilet, another bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, three themed rooms - a French room (French bed 160x200, open foot end), an Italian room (double bed 200x200 open foot end) with access to the balcony, and the Pfälzer Stubb (double bed 180x200) also with access to the south balcony. Additionally, there is a children's bed available. The hallway on the 2nd floor features a stair guard.
In the open living area on the 1st floor, also with access to the covered balcony, you will find a modern fitted kitchen (working height 90cm) with a bar that seats two people. There is a large fridge-freezer, coffee machines, a food processor, toaster, and sandwich toaster, a kettle, as well as many cooking utensils. Dishes, glasses, and cutlery are available for 12 people. Next to it, you can sit at the large dining table for six people, with a view of the garden; in the back area of the room, there's a cozy TV corner (satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system, and of course, Wi-Fi is also available).
Furthermore, a lockable garage is available for one car or bicycles. From the garage, you can directly access the terrace or the house. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, drying rack, and sink. Behind the house, there is a tarte flambée oven, as well as a grill that can be used.
The terrace and both covered south balconies are equipped with garden furniture, a sun umbrella, and loungers, offering a view of the approximately 1000 sqm meadow plot with the babbling stream that invites you to wade in the water.
You will receive bed linen, towels, dish towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher tabs included. We also offer a beverage and shopping service for our guests.
