Description
Our holiday home is a detached house for sole use on a 1,400 sqm large plot in a wonderfully idyllic location at the edge of the small village of Horbach. Schwedenstraße is a cul-de-sac and extremely quiet. There are plenty of parking spaces available by the house. The property has its own small stream. In this wonderful forest edge location, it is excellent for relaxing, whether at the barbecue area, on the terrace, or on the lawn.
The “waldReich” has 3 bedrooms (three double bedrooms, separate beds possible), a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub). In the basement, with direct access to the outside, is the Finnish sauna with an adjacent relaxation area equipped with a wellness shower including a Kneipp hose.
On the property, there is a terrace with seating, a barbecue area, and a bicycle garage (lockable) with a repair corner.
Our house is suitable for 7 people. An additional bed can be provided if needed.
