Our little house is located on the outskirts of the small community of Mahren in the Westerwald. In the past, cattle were driven in front of our house, today the road leads to the abandoned railway line, which serves as a hiking and biking trail.

With 80 square meters, comfort is a priority. The spacious bedroom features a cozy double bed. Additionally, the living room has two sofas that can be converted into extra beds. For this reason, our apartment can easily accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is very spacious and invites you to cook and linger. There is also a separate outdoor area with a terrace and small garden for your personal use. Upon arrival, the beds are made. For your initial supply, there is a shower towel and a hand towel prepared for each person.

The main route of the Wäller Jakobsweg runs right through our village. But other hiking and biking trails can also be reached quickly from here. Just 11 km away is the outlet in Montabaur for all shopping enthusiasts, or in just 18 km Limburg an der Lahn, with its beautiful old town and cathedral. Even though the wind may blow a bit colder here, the Westerwald has a lot to offer and is always worth a trip.
