The completely furnished flat (approx. 100m²) consists of 2 separate bedrooms (room no. 1 for 4 persons with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, room no. 2 for 3 persons with 1 double bed and 1 single bed). In addition, a separate living room with pull-out sofa beds offers space for another 3 people. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped (coffee machine, kettle, electric oven, microwave, toaster, egg boiler, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment) as well as a large dining table with a cosy seating area. Spacious bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub, shower and bidet (hairdryer available) as well as a separate toilet. Separate entrance to the flat with large anteroom. The entire flat has underfloor heating, roller shutters; living rooms and bedrooms have parquet flooring. The two bedrooms and the living room each have a flat-screen satellite TV. Bed linen, dish towels and towels are provided free of charge. Washing machine, tumble dryer and iron/board are also available. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Free parking spaces.

The fully furnished apartment with its own entrance offers ground level access to the terrace and garden (in summer with beautiful playground, children's playground, gazebo and barbecue area). The apartment offers two separate bedrooms, a separate living room with sofa bed as well as a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. There is a lockable storage room for ski equipment or bicycles and covered parking for up to two cars.
For small guests, a crib, changing mat as well as a high chair are provided if needed.


In summer you can use the sun loungers on the terrace and enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
