Our holiday flat "Berlin" combines historical architecture with modern living comfort.


From the entrance area with wardrobe you enter a bright hallway flooded with light. Straight ahead, the view opens into the spacious and bright living room. Here, a comfortable leather sofa invites you to linger and either watch TV, read or simply relax with a glass of wine.
Apart from the historic, freshly treated wooden floorboards, noble wallpapers on the walls, we have preserved old ceiling beams in the flat and placed an old deco iron stove.


The flat has two bedrooms. Both are equipped with high-quality and extremely comfortable double beds. In one of the bedrooms, the beds can also be used individually. Two pillows, summer/winter duvet (per person), covered with fresh-smelling bed linen are at your disposal. Comfortable armchairs and desks with beautiful lamps offer space to work. Large wardrobes equipped with sufficient hangers guarantee comfort.


The open kitchen invites you to cook together. The cooking island is equipped with an induction cooker along with an integrated Bora extractor system. Of course, there is also a refrigerator incl. freezer compartment or a dishwasher. In the kitchen cupboards you will find everything you need: pots, pans, dishes, glasses, but also a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc. In addition to the large dining table with comfortable chairs, a window seat covered with soft cushions is happy to welcome any visitors.


The large bathroom, with a walk-in shower and large window, has ample storage, scented bath towels, hairdryer and everything else needed as basic equipment. The walls are covered with large mirrors. Next door is a washing machine with integrated dryer.


The flat has a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi access and a safe for valuables.
Both flats have a shared spacey and quiet sun terrace.

We offer two holiday apartments "Berlin" and "Hamburg" on the first floor of the property in a central yet quiet location. Both apartments have a common spacious and bright sun terrace that offers a view of the old city wall with one of its gates (Haintor). Enjoy a cozy breakfast or watch the sunset with a good book and a glass of wine to wind down the day.
The Seconds Store offers delicious coffee specialties that you can enjoy either on the terrace or in the picturesque courtyard. Some furnishings in the apartments can also be purchased through the store. A visit to our store is always worthwhile; in addition to decorative items and furniture, we also offer unique fashion.
