The Familiennest-Eifel is a detached holiday home with a large adjoining garden. The house is available for the exclusive use of vacation guests, with the basement rooms not included in the rental and therefore locked. The entrance to the holiday home is located in the garden, where there is an access path leading to the door. You enter the house through the dining room, which connects to an open living area. There are many toys, a play kitchen, art supplies, a play table, books, etc. found here. Through the dining room, you can access a large kitchen that offers ample space for cooking. It is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer. Additionally, there is a Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule machine and a filter coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a storage room containing a vacuum cleaner, handheld vacuum, broom, and dustpan. From the dining room, you can also access a small hallway that leads to three additional rooms. There is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet attachment along with a stool for the little ones. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80mx2.00m), wardrobe, and changing table. A crib/child bed or extra bed can be provided free of charge. Finally, there is a children's room with a loft bed (upper sleeping area: 0.90mx2.00m, lower sleeping area: 1.40mx2.00m), which can accommodate 2-3 children. The children's room also contains more toys. Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge for all guests.

Our holiday home is designed from the ground up to be family- and child-friendly: Numerous play opportunities inside and outside the house, as well as a large garden for playing, romping, and relaxing, ensure that the little ones feel comfortable right away – and the parents can enjoy their Eifel holiday with children in a relaxed manner. Because from our own experience, we know: When the children are happy, the holiday for the parents also begins.

The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house, freshly renovated in October 2025, and offers a wonderful view of the greenery from the living and dining area. The house is available for exclusive use by the guests. Only the cellar rooms are not part of the rental and are therefore locked. Uedelhoven is a quiet district of Blankenheim with a restaurant, a playground within walking distance, and many hiking trails. It provides the ideal starting point for your family holiday in the Eifel.
