The Ferienwohnung Sonnenschein is located in the owner's private house, on the first floor. It offers a bedroom with a garden view, a bathroom with a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, oven, Nespresso machine (please use original capsules), filter coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, and a cozy, inviting dining table with a corner bench. The separate living room features a large, modern table set, a high-quality and very comfortable designer couch (2.10mx1.15m), satellite TV 46" inches with an extra-long HDMI cable/USB-C for Netflix or similar services, and direct access to the balcony and garden.

The sunny accommodation (66m2) is furnished in a modern and cozy rustic style and offers a baby bed (children up to 2 years stay for free in the parents' bed if there are two full-paying guests, in the baby bed for a small fee of EUR 5,--/day), a high chair, potty, bath lift, and various toys and play equipment in the house and garden so that even the little guests feel at home. Additionally, the apartment includes a 27m2 large balcony, facing east/south/west, for exclusive use, including balcony furniture, drying rack, and a sunshade. Enjoy the opportunity to use a washing machine/dryer (for a fee) to take care of your laundry conveniently.

A large extra bed in the bedroom or living room for a 4th person is available upon request and for a fee.

The Sonnenschein holiday apartment in Fulpmes is the perfect retreat for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility, who wish to experience a relaxing yet invigorating time in the picturesque Alps. It is located amidst a beautiful, large garden with a fireplace and lounging areas.

Close to the forest and surrounded by meadow paths, my accommodation offers a wonderful view (facing east/south/west) of the breathtaking mountain landscape and far beyond the beautiful Stubai Valley. The unobstructed, sunny location creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make your hearts soar.

Situated directly on a bike path and hiking paths, the apartment is the ideal starting point for adventurous explorations or relaxing walks in nature. The valley station SCHLICK2000, as well as the village center, ski buses, valley buses, train station, church, restaurants, and supermarkets are WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE in just a few minutes.

The beautiful cultural capital Innsbruck and the Stubai glacier area can be reached by car in 20 minutes and by bus in 30 minutes.
Numerous events, the largest high rope park in Tyrol, a summer toboggan run, a slide path, a tree house path, a disc path, the well-known swimming and sauna paradise Stubay, a doll and blacksmith museum, etc., invite entertainment for the whole family. In Fulpmes, we also have the oldest cinema in Tyrol, where events and requested movies can be booked.
