Facilities include a cosy bedroom with a large wardrobe. A fully equipped kitchen (including fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooker, oven and microwave) with dining area allows you to prepare your favourite dishes and dine together. The high-quality furnished living room with flat screen and comfortable seating invites you to relax, as well as a modern bathroom as a small wellness area.

A garden and free WLAN are also available.
Towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price.

Welcome to the Holiday Apartment Sonnenschein

The stylish holiday apartment Sonnenschein in the picturesque Westerwald offers you everything you need for relaxed days, along with a beautiful view from the balcony over the Birnbacher Valley.
With its own entrance and parking space on the property, the 80 square meter holiday apartment is tastefully and high-quality furnished.
It accommodates up to 4 people (one double bed and a 140 x 90 cm double sofa bed in the living room).
A bedroom with a large wardrobe, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and a balcony are the features of the holiday apartment. Additionally, it has an adjacent dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, stove, oven, microwave).
The living room features a flat-screen TV, a couch with a sleeping function (for 2 people) and cozy armchairs. A garden and free Wi-Fi are also available for you.

Towels and bed linens for 2 persons, as well as the final cleaning, are included in the price, and a parking space in front of the house is available for free. An additional laundry package, which includes bed linens, 2 bath towels, and 2 hand towels, can be booked for 2 persons for an additional 45,-€.

The special charm of the Westerwald particularly invites you to take walks on the hiking trails in the immediate vicinity on beautiful days. The nearest restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, and shopping opportunities are only about 3 minutes away by car (Weyerbusch). Hennef can be reached in about 25 minutes, and Bonn, Siegburg, and Cologne in about 45 minutes.


We rent our holiday apartment only for long-term stays (min. 28 nights). The price already includes a weekly linen change, as well as the cleaning of the apartment. So you can relax and enjoy your time!
