We bought this dream apartment in 2015, newly furnished, and completely renovated the bathroom in 2021. It has resulted in a mix of modern coziness with all the comforts - including all the benefits of *"Oberstaufen-Plus"*.
Here you can find peace!! Beautifully located on the outskirts of Steibis, directly on cycling and hiking paths, yet only 1 minute on foot to the local bus stop, from where you can go in all directions.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a large south-facing terrace with a garden area and a wonderful view of the Imberg.
The house consists of 5 parties - 2 with permanent residency and another holiday apartment. You live in a developed environment.
