The apartment is located in a historical building and spreads over three floors. From the entrance a staircase leads to the living area where there is a dining table, a single armchair bed and an open-plan kitchen equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and an espresso machine. A half bath is also located on this floor. Some stairs lead up to the sleeping area with a walk-in closet, a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. On the third and last floor is the furnished terrace, perfect for tasty aperitifs at sunset.

Free wifi, air conditioning and heating with heat pump will be available in the accommodation.

Plus, since 2009, every year in July, in collaboration with the Broadway Dance Center in New York, Castellana hosts the World Dance Movement, an international dance stage of extraordinary success thanks to exponents of modern and contemporary dance gathering together with internationally-renowned choreographers.
