Our cottage was renovated in 2011 new, located in the big skiing and hiking areas. The station of the ski-area Hochzillertal is only 800 meters away. We are located in the center of Ried, near the forest, off the main road.
The quiet and sunny location and proximity to shops, guest houses, cafes and pizzerias offers you a break but also the ability to have lunch or dinner very close if you do not want to cook.
The family-run apartment house offers 4 comfortable and fully equipped apartments. In the basement a ski storage room and an extra drying room for clothing with a ski boot dryer. A nice game room with exit to the garden with table tennis, darts and toys offers fun and games for the whole family! A washing machine is available for our guests. The whole house has internet access (W-Lan.)
For guests preferring quiet holidays, cozy apartments and a beautiful wooden balcony are the right place to find relaxation from everyday life. In our cozy barbecue hut, you can arrange a nice barbecue with open fire in summer and winter.
Dogs are welcome in gerenal, except in the new apartments HOCHFÜGEN and HAMBERGBLICK.
In summer we offer you a beautifully landscaped enclosed garden where children can run free. Many children's games, a giant trampoline, climbing frame with climbing wall, swings, slide, sandpit and various playground equipment such as tractors, scooters, etc. can make child's heart beat faster. A cozy garden furniture and our cozy pergola with lounge chairs invite you to relax. For a nice barbecue evening the barbecue grill or our cozy barbecue hut are ready for you.
Just steps away you will find a beautiful forest playground, bicycle path along the Ziller river and tennis and volleyball courts for recreational activities. The climbing centre Zillertal, the experience mountain Spieljochbahn with barefoot way, and the silent water Stumm with many attractions for children, as well as the Zillertal spa are located nearby.

In winter the popular ski-area Hochfügen-Hochzillertal with 181 km of slopes is reachable in just 800 meters! The charge-free ski bus stops right next to the house. The cross-country ski trail is just steps away from the house! An ice skating rink, winter hiking and adventure spa with 2 water slides and a nice sauna area are very close!
