Apartment Azzurra 3 is on the ground floor and has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table direct access to an outdoor area, a furnished veranda, and a small garden with deckchairs. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with a TV. The first has a bunk bed and the second has a queen-sized bed.
A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the accommodation.
The property is accessed via a small road and has a gate.
Guests have use of an uncovered parking space within the property.

Guests have access to a washing machine, iron, air conditioning throughout the property, heat pump heating, and Wi-Fi.

Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, at a distance of about 30 km, you will find beautiful unspoiled and impervious beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its natural wildlife oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo.
