Cozy and bright apartment with garden and shared pool, a few steps from the center of Bellagio.

The apartment, situated on the ground floor, opens onto the living area, featuring a comfortable sofa, a dining table, a TV and a fully-equipped open kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer, a coffee maker and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet and a desk. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. The highlight of this accommodation is the private garden, furnished with sun loungers and tables, and the large shared pool.

At guests' disposal amenities such as washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating.

*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.

*Guests will benefit from a garage inside the property.

*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.

The apartment is 1,5 km from Bellagio Station and Bellagio Pier and a 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.
