The Karwendelnest is a newly redesigned holiday apartment (2025) and is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families. The ground-level entrance ensures easy access, while the open-plan kitchen, equipped with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware, invites you to cook and enjoy meals together.

On request, we are happy to provide a crib, high chair, and other children’s equipment. Just let us know by at least 2 days before your arrival, and we’ll make sure everything is ready for you.

After an exciting day exploring the Achensee region, relax in front of the TV or enjoy the special atmosphere created by high-quality materials such as stone and wood. The cozy double bedroom offers a stunning view of the mountains and the adjacent meadow.

Direct access to the garden and terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast in the sun or leisurely moments outdoors – here, you can fully embrace the beauty of nature.

A vacation to feel good – your home in the mountains

Arrive, take a deep breath, and enjoy – this lovingly renovated house (fully remodeled in 2025, façade completion in April 2026) combines modern living comfort with natural elements of stone and wood. Here, you will immediately feel the special blend of coziness and elegance.

Surrounding the house awaits a little paradise: generous green spaces, plenty of room to roam, and a wonderfully quiet location that is still centrally connected. A private parking space is available directly at the house, and the nearest bus stop can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.

For active guests, there are convenient storage options for bicycles, skis, or hiking gear – and the best part: walking paths and cross-country ski trails start right at your doorstep, with lovely hiking trails just around the corner. The mountain lifts and swimming beaches can be reached in just a few minutes.

Thanks to the ground-level access, you can comfortably reach your accommodation, where you can unwind and enjoy the special atmosphere after an eventful day. You'll find a parking space directly at the house, as well as a storage area for bicycles, skis, etc.
