Every Friday right outside the door (on Meinhardstrasse), the well-known Merano weekly market takes place. Enjoy your stroll and browsing!

Comment s'y rendre

By train: Cross Andreas-Hofer-Platz in front of the train station, then turn right into Meinhardstrasse. After about 150 meters, the apartment is on the left side.
By car: Take the "Meran Zentrum" exit on the MeBo expressway (Merano-Bolzano), turn left at the train station and pass the Andreas-Hofer monument. Then immediately turn right into Meinhardstrasse and after about 100 meters, turn left into Vinschgauerstrasse. The entrance to the garage is a few meters ahead on the right side.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Großzügige Kücheneinrichtung. Alle Geräte funktionierten. Eine geräumige Wohnung. Ideale Lage. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Bahnhof, Zentrum in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Bäcker und ALDI in 50 Meter Entfernung. Vermieter sind top. Wurden von der Vermieterin in Empfang genommen und alles gut erklärt bekommen. TV und Internet funktionierten einwandfrei. Es gibt eigenen Garagenstellplatz. Mit der Unterkunft waren wir sehr zufrieden . Etwas umständlich ist die Müllentsorgung. Die Müllanlage befindet sich ca. 400 Meter von dem Haus entfernt und man auch mal anstehen um den Müll zu entsorgen. Hat uns nicht sehr gestört, ist nur etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen!!!

Die Buchungsanfrage und Buchung waren unkompliziert. Auf Mails wurde sofort reagiert. Am Anreisetag wurde die Schlüsselübergabe per Whats App geregelt. Herr Larcher zeigte uns die Wohnung im 2. Stock und den dazugehörenden Tiefgaragenplatz. Die Wohnung war für uns als Familie einfach perfekt. 2 Schlafzimmer 2 Bäder. Von allen Zimmern hat man Zugang zum großen Balkon. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und seit neuestem gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof. Gegenüber gibt es einen sehr guten Bio Markt. Aldi ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Zu den Lauben ist es nur 5 Minuten und auch sonst ist eigentlich alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Freitagsmarkt ist direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen bald wieder nach Südtirol reisen zu können.

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und wirklich komplett eingerichtet. Für uns wurde extra noch die Waschmaschine bereitgestellt. Der Empfang war herzlich und wir erhielten tatkräftige Unterstützung beim Entladen unseres umfangreichen Gepäcks. Unseren Motorradtrailer durften wir kostenlos unterstellen. Die mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbare Garage war ideal. Die überdachte Terrasse ist urgemütlich und wie ein zweites Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Wir konnten den Ort super per Fuß erkunden.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir hatten die Wohnung im September 2019 zu zweit gebucht und waren sehr angetan von der sehr guten Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung und der tollen Lage. Die Innenstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert.
Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

wir waren als erste Gäste in der neu fertig gestellten Ferienwohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Meran. In 4 Minuten zu Fuß befindet man sich bereits im Zentrum von Meran in einer der vielen Fußgängerzonen.
Alle Supermärkte (Bio- Supermarkt, Spar, ALDI, ...) sind zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen.
Um Meran zu erkunden benötigt man auf jeden Fall kein Auto.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub mit der Familie benötigt.
Der große Balkon mit wunderschönen Balkonmöbeln läd zum Verweilen ein.
Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Kontaktaufnahme bei der Buchung war super schnell und total unkompliziert.
Vielen Dank nochmals für die Überraschung, da wir die ersten Gäste waren.
