Lovely apartment with private garden, within a residential complex with a shared swimming pool, in Polpenazze del Garda.

The apartment, located on the ground floor, welcomes guests from the bright living room that features a comfortable double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and an open kitchen well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, including an oven, a microwave, an American coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher. From here, guests can access the huge private garden, furnished with a dining table, perfect for enjoying delicious meals outdoors. The apartment's sleeping area consists of a bedroom equipped with a double bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
Guests will enjoy amenities such as air conditioning in all rooms, independent heating for colder days, free wi-fi, and mosquito nets throughout the apartment.

The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required. A lifeguard is present in summer.

The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector.

Pets are welcome, at an extra charge of €35 per pet per stay.

The city of Polpenazze del Garda is mainly known for the production of Valtenesi wine and Garda oil, about which the Wine Fair is periodically celebrated. It’s certified that the city has existed since the Bronze Age, and tourists will be able to admire the historical testimonies of that era thanks to the presence of the Polpenazze Castle and the Baroque Church of Santa Maria, which enjoys one of the most beautiful glimpses of Lake Garda. Even nature lovers will be able to appreciate Polpenazze thanks to the trekking, biking or quiet walk routes along the lakefront.

The apartment is located about 20 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 45 minutes from the airport.
