Modern and cozy apartment with balcony, just a few minutes walk from Politeama Theater and Via della Libertà, an Art Nouveau area of Palermo known for its palaces and avenue that still preserve the decorations of the time.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a renovated building within the courtyard of a historic building accessible by elevator and by an additional flight of steps. A few steps lead up to the apartment from the private terrace of the house, furnished with table and chairs and perfect for a relaxing drink at sunset.
It opens onto the living room with kitchen, sofa bed, table and chairs, a very bright room thanks to the windows overlooking the terrace and the vasistas on the ceiling. Even the double bedroom, furnished in a simple and functional way, is illuminated by the light coming from the vasistas on the roof.
A relaxation corner with armchair and coffee table has been set in front of the bathroom with shower.

*We inform our guests that the property is currently undergoing renovations and repainting. Therefore, there will be scaffolding that will not cause any noise.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.

A few minutes from our apartment our guests can reach Via Roma, where the airport shuttle stop can be found. Shops, markets and restaurants are all around the neighborhood.
