Our mountain chalet is centrally located in Rohrmoos in the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region and offers numerous leisure opportunities, whether in summer or in winter, within reach. With just a few minutes walk from our mountain chalet Raffalt, the ski slope is also nearby.

In each 80 m² apartments you will find a modern kitchen, a spacious dining and living area with flat screen TV and 2 bedrooms, shower and toilet, a ski and boot room and Internet access via wireless LAN. Free parking is available in front of the house. The terrace and the balcony in the upper apartment offer a breathtaking view of the Dachstein south walls and the lush, green primitive mountains of the Schladminger Tauern. Your kids can romp in our garden on summer days without danger and use it in the winter for exciting snowball fights or other games.

In summer, our mountain chalet Raffalt with its central location is the ideal starting point for numerous hikes in all degrees of difficulty as well as for long walks. Of course, bike lovers will also get their money's worth with the numerous mountain bike tours and the miles long Enns cycle path, which starts in Schladming 5 minutes away by car. Of course, the summer sun rays can also be captured on the terrace or on the balcony.

In winter, our location at the foot of the Hochwurzen ensures fantastic moments in the snow. Within walking distance of our house you will find the entrance to the famous 4-mountain ski area, which guarantees skiing fun on world-famous groomed slopes. In the winter, there is a children's lift for your little ones right at the entrance to the 4-mountain ski lift, which also offers them great skiing fun. Even with toboggan enthusiasts, the floodlit toboggan run of the Hochwurzen, which can also be used at night, leaves nothing to be desired. A visit to the numerous winter hiking trails or a trip to our beautiful cross-country trails is of course worthwhile as well.
