Apartment Malcontenti 11 - Studio con terrazzo à Bologna, Emilia-Romagna

Nice studio with terrace, a few steps away from the Two Towers and the main attractions of Bologna historic center.

The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator. The entrance opens onto the kitchen, small yet equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher, a microwave and a kettle. Once past the kitchen, there is the living area, furnished with a queen-size bed, a dining table and a dresser with a TV on top. The room is very bright thanks to the two French-windows which give access to the terrace. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating will be at guests’ disposal.

*Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

Bologna central train station is 1 km from the apartment, while the airport is 20 minutes away by car.
