A warm welcome to our stylish apartment house Haus Landzauber. Surrounded by lush green meadows, our Haus Landzauber is located in an almost traffic-free area on the plateau of Ramsau am Dachstein, offering gorgeous panoramic views to the Dachstein mountains as well as the Schladming Tauern.

In about 15 minutes by foot, you reach the village centre of Ramsau Kulm, where you find ski schools, a hairdresser, a bakery, a grocery store, and restaurants. The bus stop is only five minutes by foot away, from where you get to the Ramsau ski area featuring Kali’s Adventure Ski Runs, or the ski area amadé with its interlinked four mountains Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, and Reiteralm. The cross-country and skating trails as well as the winter walking paths can be accessed close by.

In summer, you can start your easy-going or even demanding walks right at Haus Landzauber, and after an active day out you are welcome to let the day end on our sunny terrace or in the garden with sunbathing area.

The holiday flat at Haus Landzauber offer room for 2 - 3 persons with own entrance, as well as a terrace. You find a pleasant bedroom with private bathroom and a fully equipped sit-in kitchen.

If you are a horse enthusiast, you have come to the right place. Ramsau am Dachstein practically offers everything your heart desires: hacks, dressage, horse trials, and jumping as well as horse riding classes with ponies and extensive carriage-rides. One of the largest horse farms is just across the road.
