The fully modernized house is equipped with a wide entrance doors and an air heating system that ensures a healthy indoor climate and dust.

From the hall one enters the closed kitchen with all modern conveniences.

Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The third bedroom has two high couches a wheelchair and a shower wheelchair for persons who could possibly need.

The shower room has a toilet with braces, a wheelchair-accessible sink and a corner shower with shower seat with brackets.

The whole house is after enough barrier free
(At the front door and the patio door threshold of two cm)

Before the house is a large parking facility and a roof where one can stay under and is the shed that can be used for storage with electricity for charging bike or scooter.

The house is located in the heart of Trittenheim on the moesel with all amenities within walking distance (and next to the village baker 100M and 50M super further butcher and hairdresser are opposite)
also many wine and culinary gwelegenheden locations.

The area is ideal for walking or cycling trips or moesel tour of the village.

The village lights midway between Trier and Trabben Trabach where you can relax.

The hous is for rent for 6 persons at least two people two nights.

Arrival 15.00 hours / Departure 10.00 hours

The rent is for the first two persons 50,00 Euro per person per night.

For each additional person 20.00 Euro per night.

To meet 30% of the total rental price at the time of booking

The rest four weeks before arrival

The deposit is 100,00 euro

This is a week after departure and in good condition of delivery back booked
