The view and location is amazing, the flat is good and clean but the building itself feels very run down

Fantastic location, within easy walking distance to Old Town, bus station, etc. and just steps from La Concha Beach and promenade. Great view from terrace. Apartment has A/C, which was a bonus since it was nearly 100 degrees when we stayed. Check-in was smooth and the staff at the key collection office was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the closet was unusable due to a strong mildew odor that permeated the bedroom, and there was also some mold in the bathroom too.

The booking, communication and collecting the keys were smoothless. We also were given all necessary information either prior to our arrivalwhen collecting the keys. The folder with information on using all equipment was very clear and easy to follow. The apartment was spotless and we had everything we needed available including an electric kettle which we are not used to getting in Spain. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was quiet. I have however removed a point as we could have done with a couple more towels. Also the shower needs a new showerhead and a curtain to stop the water flooding the bathroom. But saying that we could also use the shower in the bath. We also did feel that for it's size it was expensive at over €200/day for 2 people. We realise prices have gone up substantially all over San Sebastian - but still a little high considering everything.

Amazing view but a big outdated. Perfect location and view. Close to the city center and Concha Beach. It is an old apartment that could use some updates. We did not like the smell. The host could invest more in the terrace, making it more comfortable since it has an amazing view!

Fantastic view! Apartment was spacious, but could use some more comfortable living area furniture (futon couch is OK for extra bedding but now nice for couch lounging). The 2 twin beds pushed together may look like a king size bed, but believe me it is not the same. The mattresses are covered with a plastic type protector under the sheets which caused the sheets to constantly work their way off, so by the middle of the night you are laying on crumpled up sheets or bare mattress. If you rent here, take note that the location is good for walking but no street parking around. Fortunately there is a small long term parking garage just down the street and well worth the additional few bucks from cheaper places that are 15 mins away. All in all, it was clean, well stocked with nice kitchen, in a great location but those sheets are ridiculous! Also needs to be little more generous with towels when bookings are for several days. These seasoned travelers give it 8/10 for the price point.

The place was great, close to the beach, in a quiet street, and close to the main part of town (about a five minute walk). The view was amazing. The people at the place where you collect the keys were amazingly helpful and friendly.

Très bel appartement. Très bel appartement et une vue époustouflante. Dommage que le lit ne sois pas un grand lit double et qu’il n’y ai aucunes fournitures de base ( sel, poivre,huile).Insonorisation de l’immeuble pas bonne mais la vue de l’appartement fait oublier ses petits défauts.Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Great view. View form the balcony is lovely. Radiator in the bedroom is very noisy. Showers need to be upgraded.
