We stayed at Rentals Collection with two other couples in June. It is a great place exactly as described and with plenty of room for our party of six adults. Apartment is located in the hart of the city, few blocks from La Concha beach, great restaurants and great shopping. I would recommend this place and I would come back if we decide to visit San Sebastian again!
Pros:Great location / new renovations & updates / very cleanCons:We’re family of 4 staying for 6 nights, overall satisfied w/ the apt, but only 1 small hand soap provided for each bathroom for duration of stay, no dishwashing soap provided for kitchen, and no laundry detergent. When I asked for additional hand soap or dishwashing soap, management company informed me that what they’ve provided is as a courtesy and they expect guests to purchase anything additional… they offered that I stop by their office to get more soap. This is a very nice apt, definitely high-quality, for the amount charged for rental I think owners should provide more than a tiny bar of soap, or at least provide basics for washing dishes instead of having to turn on dishwasher each time for just a couple of glasses & forks each day, or just add a couple of Euros to cover the additional cost if that’s the issue. As a foreign tourist in San Seb for a week, the last thing I want do is going shopping for soap!
