The apartment with a living area of ca. 52 sqm contains a combined living- and dining room that is furnished with warm colours and equipped with a sitting room suite, cable TV, DVD-player and stereo. From the comfortable dining area, you have a magnificent view of the terrace. In the separate, fully-equipped kitchen, you can find everything you need for everyday life, including refrigerator, dish washer, stove, microwave, and coffee machine. The second room is a cosy, light bedroom with double bed and access to a small garden. The bathroom is provided with a window, a big shower, toilet and hair dryer.

Comment s'y rendre

Via Stralsund, you drive on the B 96 crossing the bridge of Ruegen. After ca. 23 km, you drive through Samtens. Shortly behind this place, please turn right onto the B196 in the direction of Sellin.
In Sellin, after 1 km you turn left into the main road, then again turn left into "August-Bebel-Street" and drive straight ahead into Uhlenweg.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr modern Ausgestattet. Die Fahrräder haben wir auch genutzt. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Familie Graf, und an Herrn Fröhlich. Wir können dieses Apartment wirklich weiterempfehlen, und es war eine sehr schöne Woche in Sellin.

Wir durften 2 wunderschöne Wochen auf Rügen im Ostseezauber verbringen. Hier ist wirklich der Name richtig gewählt. Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch die Lage der Wohnung empfanden wir sehr gut. Abseits vom Trubel, aber dennoch ist man schnell am Strand, beim Bäcker oder zum Bummeln in der Wilhelmstraße. Die Lage direkt am Wald ermöglicht wunderschöne Wanderungen in der Natur und auch der Weg zum Rasenden Roland ist zu Fuß zu bewältigen. Wer den Weg scheut nutzt die kostenlose Bäderbahn.
Für die Betreuung der Wohnung vor Ort hat der Eigentümer eine Wohnungsbetreuung eingesetzt, die einen super Job macht. Die Wohnung wird super gepflegt und der Kontakt klappte einwandfrei.

wunderschöne gut ausgestattete fewo am rande von sellin, trotzdem sind alle örtlichkeiten, schnell und fußläufig zu erreichen(bäcker, seebrücke , restaurantmeile). ein paar schritte und man ist im wald oder unternimmt mit den dazugehörigen rädern schöne touren über die insel. wir danken familie graf für die schnelle und unkomplizierte buchung und familie fröhlich für die gute abwicklung der schlüsselübergabe. es war eine schöne erholsame woche auf rügen und wir kommen gerne wieder. lg und wir können diese wohnung auf jeden fall weiter empfehlen.

Ankommen, Wohlfühlen und Genießen
Ferienwohnung ist top gepflegt, ein sehr netter Empfang( Dank an die Betreuer , die Heinzelmännchen des Apartments) und es ist Alles da um den Urlaub sich nach seinen Wünschen zu gestalten. Wer gerne selber kocht findet in der Küche alle Utensilien wie Töpfe, Teller, Besteck und das in reichlicher Anzahl und guter Qualität . Kurzer Weg zur Seebrücke, zum Strand und zur Wilhelmstraße mit vielen Restaurants( trotz Corona).
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung zu 100Prozent weiterempfehlen und selbst kommen wir gerne wieder.
