Our Premium Chalet Zirbe spread over 2 floors and accomodate up to 15 people, ski-in/ski-out in the top ski resort Kaltenbach Hochzillertal. There are 5 bedrooms with flat screen tv, 3 baths with double basins, shower and wc, a full equipped kitchen, a large office with flat screen and free wifi, a terrace with a playground, a own spa with sauna, whirlpool and a great panoramic view oft he Zillertal alps.

Our Chalets & Apartments Wachterhof are above Kaltenbach directly on the ski slope oft the top ski resort Hochzillertal – Höchfügen, one oft he most renowned winter sports centers Tirol.

Enjoy of our accommodation , which offers beautiful panoramic views of the Zillertal mountains and get carried away by the stunning scenery.

In about ca. 850 meters altitude are our „Premium Chalet Zirbe“, the „Exclusiv Apartments Bergmahd and Gipfelwind“, the „Bergchalet Alpenrose“ and the „Komfort Chalet Mühle.

Tyrolean charm comfort in all our properties offer them a very warm atmosphere. 45 - 240m2 offer Chalets & Apartments in Kaltenbach enough space for couples, families or small groups. Fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living rooms, bedrooms with bedding , new bathrooms with shower / toilet, towels, bath towels and bathrobes , satellite TV and free internet access via Smart TV is available in all of our accommodations. Of course, you may either balcony, terrace or garden with an outdoor jacuzzi and provides the opportunity for a hard day´s skiing, to relax with a glass of wine.

In the summer, the Zillertal mountains offer wonderful hiking and cycling routes, which you can commit direktly of our Chalets & Apartments Wachterhof. The Adventure Park Kaltenbach with high ropes course is reachable within a 5-10 minute walk. Just 4km she is expecting a 18 - hole championship golf course , the first golf course in the Zillertal.

Best ski-in / ski-out opportunities await you in our paradise for winter sports . After 500m downhill ski run they reach the base station Zillertal. There you will find ski hire, ski lessons , apres ski and shopping. A special highlight is night skiing, once a week.
