The apartment welcomes guests with the living room furnished with dining table and chairs, double sofa bed, single armchair bed, Smart TV and open kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave and electric kettle. From here there is access to the covered, private porch with fenced small garden, equipped with dining table and outdoor chairs. The apartment continues with the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, large closet, and French doors overlooking the small terrace at the back.
Finally, a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet completes the layout.

Amenities such as free wi-fi connection, air conditioning throughout, washing machine, and iron are available in the accommodation.

Apartment guests can park their cars in the private garage inside the Residence.

Castelnuovo del Garda, formerly known as "Beneventum," offers all kinds of attractions including monuments and beaches. It is worth visiting in Castelnuovo, the Castle that rises in a dominant position over the center of the town, at the center of whose second wall stands the Great Visconti Tower. Near the Tower, the Church of Santa Maria, which has retained its beautiful Romanesque bell tower from the 1400s, is not to be missed. In an enchanting location on San Lorenzo Hill is the small Church of Our Lady of the Angels, not far from the Church dedicated to San Lorenzo. Thanks to its particularly mild climate even in winter, Castelnuovo offers tourist experiences for all tastes: water sports at the Campanello and Ronchi beaches, an extensive network of facilities for cycling, marathons, sailing and motor boating as well as water skiing.
