In der Privatsauna sitzen und auf Wien schaun, ist schon "fett".
Wer allerdings ein Frischluftfan ist, muss mit der Geräuschkulisse von 8 Spuren Autoverkehr, S-Bahn, sowie Polizei- und Notarztsirenen klarkommen. Dank der fast kompletten Verglasung heizt sich die Whg. sehr schnell auf, selbst jetzt im November haben wir das bemerkt. Im Sommer kämpft dann die Klimaanlage dagegen an.
Der Vermieter antwortet fix und kompetent, sehr schön.
