The Kainreiterhof in Aich stands for authentic farm holidays in the popular vacation region of Schladming-Dachstein. Nestled in a quiet, nature-rich environment with views of mountains and meadows, our farm offers cozy apartments with plenty of wood, a homely atmosphere, and modern comfort. Here, families, couples, and nature lovers find a place to arrive, breathe deeply, and slow down.

At Kainreiterhof, agriculture is lived – in harmony with nature and animals. Guests are welcome to join the daily stable times, help with feeding, and experience milking. Farmer Hubert gives insights into modern agriculture and happily shares his knowledge with young and old. Especially for children, the farm becomes an unforgettable experience, while adults feel real slowing down and down-to-earthness.


Summer vacation in Schladming-Dachstein
In summer, the Schladming-Dachstein region shows itself in its most diverse aspect. From Kainreiterhof, there are hikes, walks, and bike tours through the alpine mountain world. The Ennstal Cycle Path R7 passes right by the front door. A swimming lake nearby provides refreshment on warm days. Families delight in alpine pastures, adventure mountains, playgrounds, and natural experiences in the region. As our guests, you also benefit from the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card, which offers numerous free admissions, mountain railways, and attractive discounts – ideal for varied vacation days without extra costs.


Winter vacation in the Schladming-Dachstein region
In winter, the region transforms into a true snow paradise. The Kainreiterhof is centrally located to the famous ski areas
of the 4-Mountains Ski Swing with Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, and Reiteralm. Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, and winter hiking are easily accessible.
The ski bus stops right in front of the house. After an active day, our quiet farm becomes a retreat. Away from hustle and bustle, you can relax in a cozy atmosphere and feel at home.
