Description
Our "Haus am Stadtturm" has a long tradition: built in the middle of the 18th century, the house initially served as an inn and storage facility, and later also as an accommodation facility. Here people enjoyed celebrating and swinging the dance floor, especially at Carnival.
After many years of careful and extensive renovation, we have made the venerable building a proud gem of the Trarbach district. Experience in our wine café, the "Time Travel Museum" in the former ballroom with a 1950s bar or in one of our comfortable holiday apartments that the effort was worth it:
The architecture of bygone times has been carefully brought into harmony with the means and technology of our time - that is "tradition lived modern" as we understand it.
We, the Rees family, come from the Moselle valley. Many years abroad made us aware of how unique the landscape, its inhabitants (the dialect!), The river and the wine are. We have incorporated many loving details of the "Moselle" into the design of our two houses - you are very welcome!
