Our house in winter:
CENTRAL LOCATION - DIRECTLY AT THE SKI SLOPE!! Our newly built house is located in a very sunny, quiet yet central location close to the village center.
From our house to Ischgl it is only 7 km (approx. 10 min. by car).
There is also a free ski bus to Ischgl - the bus stop is about 450 m from the house. However, you can also ski directly from the
house to the valley station of the Kappl cable cars and catch the ski bus to Ischgl there.
The great advantage of our house in winter is that it is directly located at the snow-covered valley descent and the illuminated toboggan run.
Restaurants and cafes are in the neighborhood. It is just a 5-minute walk (about 450 m) to the village center and shops, as well as to the ski bus to Ischgl. So your car can also take a vacation with us, as you won't need it throughout your entire stay.
Additionally, our house has a heated ski room with a boot dryer.

Our house is located in close proximity to the forest in a quiet, very sunny, central location. The most beautiful mountain bike routes and hiking trails pass right by the house! For unforgettable grilling experiences on warm summer evenings, our cozy lawn with sun loungers and the rustic barbecue hut with grill invite you.
Especially soothing, after an eventful day in the impressive Kappl mountain world, is the softly audible rustle of the stream on the opposite valley side.
In addition, a table tennis table is also available for you to use free of charge.
