This attractive, small apartment building is sunny and quiet in the Milders district, offering stunning views of the Stubai Mountains and direct access to the cross-country ski trail (1,000 m above sea level). Active and relaxing winter days await you: The owners will be happy to spoil you with a freshly baked bread delivery service or a delicious breakfast (for a fee).
The bathrooms were renovated in 2022, and the apartments feature hardwood floors.
The Stubai Valley offers unforgettable views and, with four ski areas, a wide selection for all winter sports enthusiasts.
Milders is located approximately 1 km from Neustift village and approximately 12 km from the Stubai Glacier and is an ideal starting point, especially for guests who would like to ski on the Stubai Glacier. A free ski bus takes you directly to the valley station at the Mutterbergalm. The village itself offers restaurants and two ski rental stations. On evenings when you can stay a little later, the nearby Neustift village with its bars, pubs, and discos is a great place to be. Look forward to an active winter holiday in the Stubai Valley.

Ruhig und gemütlich, mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten, Genossen den separaten Eingang für zusätzliche Privatsphäre
Das ist ein verstecktes Juwel! Die ruhige Umgebung sorgte für einen entspannenden Aufenthalt, und wir genossen den Brötchenservice am Morgen, Die Wohnung war schön renoviert und fühlte sich sehr einladend an, Perfekt für alle, die das Stubaital erkunden möchten
Die Wohnung ist sauber. Unserer Meinung nach fehlten einige grundlegende Dinge, wie hier ein Mülleimer und Plastiktüten, ein Flaschenöffner, eine Schere, ein Feuerzeug und mindestens 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier für die Ankunft. Die Glaswaren waren nicht vollständig. Tassen waren ein paar und waren Werbetassen. Ich hielt das für einen billigen Gedanken. Es gab auch kaum Seife, keine Spülmaschinenwürfel und das Spülmittel war nur eine geringe Menge. Ich bin auch Gastgeber eines Ferienhauses und spreche aus Erfahrung, dass Gäste es zu schätzen wissen, wenn diese Dinge vorhanden sind.

Uwielbiałem spokojną lokalizację! To była spokojna ucieczka z miasta, Ponadto, bliskość do trasy narciarskiej sprawiła, że łatwo było codziennie wychodzić na zewnątrz
So viel Platz! Super freundliche Gastgeber, einfacher Zugang zu den Pisten, und die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft, Ich werde definitiv für mehr Schneetage zurückkommen!
Spędziliśmy tu cudowny czas, ale myślę, że najważniejszym punktem była zdecydowanie bliskość do lodowca Stubai, Darmowy autobus narciarski ułatwił poruszanie się, a my w pełni z tego skorzystaliśmy
