This beautiful holiday flat is situated in an idyllic location in Niedernsill, just a few minutes' walk from the village centre and the picturesque natural swimming lake. The flat is modern and cosily furnished and has a beautiful terrace with a wonderful view where you can enjoy relaxing evenings.
Niedernsill is located at an altitude of 769 metres, nestled in the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region, between Zell am See and Mittersill. Away from the main traffic routes, the charming village is surrounded by inviting alpine pastures, numerous excursion destinations and many adventures for young and old. There are also several golf courses with different numbers of holes in the surrounding area.
Ski areas nearby: Schmittenhöhe (Zell am See) - 14 km, Kitzsteinhorn (Kaprun) - 18 km, Maiskogel (Kaprun) - 14 km, Saalbach-Hinterglemm - 27 km, Weißsee Gletscherwelt (Uttendorf) - 25 km, Wildkogel-Arena (Bramberg/Neukirchen) - 23 km and Kitzbühel - 44 km. These ski areas offer a wide variety of pistes for different levels of difficulty.

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang, eine wunderschöne Umgebung mit vielen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ausreichend Parkplätze und eine geräumige Dachterrasse.

Wenn Sie Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten möchten, verfügt die Küche über ausreichend Küchenausstattung. Mit WLAN hatten wir kein Problem. Direkt hinter der Wohnung gibt es einen kleinen Bach, dem Sie ständig entspannende Musik lauschen können. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Salzburg und Innsbruck. Die Fahrt zur Altstadt Salzburg dauert etwa anderthalb Stunden und zu den Swarovski Kristallwelten in Innsbruck eine Stunde und 45 Minuten. In der Gegend gibt es viele tolle Wander-/Radfahrmöglichkeiten. Unsere Gastgeberin, Marianne, war sehr nett und kommunikativ. Toller Ort zum Übernachten!
