This modern holiday apartment is located in the heart of Sölden, just an 8-minute walk from the cable car station. Families and friends who value elegance, a quiet location and relaxation will feel right at home here. A special highlight is the large terrace with a view of the ski area and the mountains.

In Sölden you can experience pure winter fun with 144 kilometers of pistes, 2 glaciers, 31 modern lifts, 3 3,000m peaks including viewing platforms! The unique James Bond adventure world 007 ELEMENTS is also located here. In summer, Sölden offers more than 300 km of hiking trails in a fascinating mountain world at over 3,000 meters.

The newly built apartment is modern and tastefully furnished and has a beautiful living and dining area with an open kitchen, where you will also find a dishwasher, as well as a TV and a sofa bed for one person. The two bathrooms are equipped with a comfortable walk-in shower. You can park in the underground car park.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Die Wohnung war neu und stilvoll eingerichtet, Die Lage war ruhig, mit dem Skibus direkt vor der Tür und nur 3 Minuten zur Gaislachkogelbahn, Die große Garage und der Skikeller im Haus waren sehr praktisch, Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne, moderne, saubere Wohnung. Geräumige Schlafzimmer und geräumige Badezimmer. Denise hat alles genau erklärt und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage war für uns ideal. Ruhig am Rande von Sölden gelegen, aber mit einem guten Kilometer Fußweg war man mitten im touristischen Zentrum.

Die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind geräumig und gepflegt. In der Küche gibt es genügend Annehmlichkeiten, um bequem zu kochen und zu essen. Wir haben das personalisierte Willkommensplakat sehr geschätzt.
Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Sommerkarte für die angebotenen Möglichkeiten relativ teuer ist.
