The apartment is on the third floor and offers a cozy kitchen-living room with open kitchen and seating, a seleepingcorner with loft bed and bunk bed, a spacious bathroom and a balcony. The apartment complex also has a ski storage room. Parking is available directly at the apartment complex. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the village and the ski slopes are almost next to the apartment complex.
The apartment complex is located in the middle of the Hochkönig ski region, which is part of the Ski Amade ski area. Against the backdrop of the Hochkönig, this ski area between the three towns of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach offers up to 120 spacious and wide kilometers of slopes, 3 fun parks and 34 lifts. The ski slopes can be reached on foot from the apartment complex.
In summer, the Sommerstein adventure pool at the eastern end of Maria Alm, the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden or the Zeller lido in Zell am See offer lots of bathing fun! The idyllic town of Maria Alm is a sports paradise and place of pilgrimage in the middle of the Salzburg mountains and offers many other leisure and activity options.
You will find several restaurants, shops and the tourist office right in the town center. The state capital of Salzburg can be reached in about 1.5 hours by car.

Die Wohnung selbst war in Ordnung, wenn auch anfangs nicht ein wenig enttäuschend. Es war gut gepflegt und gereinigt, aber ich hatte die falschen Erwartungen. Die Vermieterin spricht zwar nicht wirklich gut Englisch, aber wir haben es am Ende geschafft, uns zu verständigen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist atemberaubend, ein toller Blick auf die Berge in der Ferne. Die Gegend um die Wohnung herum war auch sehr touristisch- freundlich mit vielen Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Insgesamt war der Preis für das, was man bekommt, angemessen. Die Vermieterin war nett und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt hier. Das Einzige, was mir nicht gefiel, waren die Betten. Ich bin etwa 191 cm groß und die Betten in der Wohnung sind für meinen Geschmack etwas zu klein. Wenn Sie also etwas zu groß sind, seien Sie gewarnt.

Um halb eins kamen wir in der Wohnung an. Die Dame hielt es nicht für ein Problem und wir durften etwas früher hinein. Das Haus ist etwas klein, aber gut genug für 2 Personen. Schade nur, dass es draußen keinen Wäscheständer gab und die Stühle draußen nicht sehr bequem waren

Als wir in unserer Wohnung ankamen, mussten wir eine halbe Stunde warten, die Leute, die den Schlüssel bringen würden, waren unterwegs. Die Unterkunft war etwas kleiner als erwartet, aber sehr ordentlich.
Ich persönlich fand die Betten sehr hart. Die Leute, die sich um uns gekümmert haben, waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung war sehr schön.
