Enjoy this nice 3-room apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and the lighthouse. You can see the lifeboat pull out from the dining table. The apartment is ideal for a couple, a family or a group of 4 friends. You are close to the North Sea, where you can laze on the beach in summer and get a breath of fresh air in winter. Pavilions, the center and the boulevard with cozy restaurants are a few minutes' walk away. You can do all the necessary shopping in the supermarket. A visit to the famous Alkmaar Cheese Market is a must. The artists' village of Bergen is 15 minutes by car, with a beautiful forest and nice boutiques. You will stay in a bright, modern apartment with a nice balcony and a well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso + filter). Relax in the attractive living room with a TV and sitting area, or organize a cozy movie night. You can also use the WiFi, the smart TV with Netflix and the extensive channel package. Parking is available at the residence.

The accommodation should be completely cleaned. Especially in the kitchen cupboards. For an accommodation for 4 people there is also a lack of 4 complete glasses, cutlery etc.. The cooker is quite dirty.
Die Lage und Ausstattung waren wirklich super, Schöne geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Mehr Ausstattung als erwartet in Küche und Bad, Parken auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen vor dem Haus ist nicht kostenlos, allerdings hat der Eigentümer einen online buchbaren Parkausweis (kostenlos) mit Anleitung zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass man gratis parken kann,
Super Lage, gut ausgestattet, das Parken verlief problemlos mit der Erklärung, tolle Aussicht
Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Aussicht beeindruckend, die Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos, die Betten sind bequem, die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung, die Rollos sind gut zum Abdunkeln der Schlafzimmer, die digitale Parkkarte ist super, der Herr am Telefon war sehr freundlich

Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und hatte eine großartige Aussicht auf das Meer
Dieses Haus hat dank seiner Helligkeit und der atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Meer eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Wir waren dieses Jahr zweimal in dieser Wohnung und würden nächstes Jahr gerne in derselben Unterkunft zurückkehren. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind sehr froh, diese Unterkunft und diesen Eigentümer gefunden zu haben!
Wir haben eine saubere, voll ausgestattete, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden, Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und es gab Handtücher, Durch die Lage am Ende des Flures hatten wir von allen Zimmern und natürlich auch vom kleinen Balkon Meerblick, In weniger als 2 Gehminuten waren wir von der Wohnung am Strand, In ca. 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt, Tolle Lage, Aufzug im Haus,

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und die Lage nahezu perfekt. Leider passt dazu überhaupt nicht der katastrophale Service von Belvilla. Die Chatpartner können einem nicht wirklich helfen, am Telefon sieht das nicht besser aus. Fragen im Vorfeld konnten nicht beantwortet werden. Der Code für den Safe zum Schlüssel wurde uns nicht wie avisiert übersandt, nach fünf Telefonaten war dann glücklicherweise eine Person gewillt uns den Code per Telefon durchzugeben, ansonsten hätten wir vor verschlossenen Türen gestanden. Fazit: Egmond immer wieder, Belvilla nie wieder! P.S.: Die Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können - und nein, wir sind keine Meckerköpfe oder überempfindlich!
