This beautiful and, above all, luxurious premium chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located in the popular Mühlbach am Hochkönig in Salzburgerland, a short distance from the center and the lifts of the Hochkönig ski area and with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
The chalet consists of two semi-detached houses, of which you live alone in the right half of the house. Due to the large area spread over three floors, it is an ideal holiday home for friends or families. On the ground floor there is the living room with an open kitchen. From here you have direct access to the large terrace with the garden. Here you will also find the first bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor there are three large bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is a second bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. In addition, this chalet has a relaxation/rest area with sauna, a ski room, washing machine and dryer and sufficient parking space.
Mühlbach am Hochkönig is an attractive holiday destination not only in winter, but at any time of the year. Many options for mountain bikers, hikers, paragliders, riders and of course those seeking peace and quiet can be found in the immediate vicinity. Winter needs no further explanation. The large, modern ski area Ski Amade Hochkönig between Dienten, Maria Alm and Mühlbach with 120 kilometers of slopes and 34 lifts is located in the immediate vicinity of the chalet.
In summer, the Mühlbach outdoor pool offers lots of swimming fun! There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. You can reach the state capital Salzburg in about 1.5 hours by car.

Das Haus hat für einen Skiurlaub alles notwendige. Der Skiraum ist ausreichend gross und die Sauna ist Top. Die Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein (Stauraum) aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau.

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie haben auch einen Babyzaun für die Treppe im Erdgeschoss aufgestellt. Der örtliche Manager ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. In Bezug auf die Lage - auch gut. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Kitchen is very well equipped. They also put a baby fence for the downstairs stairs. The local manager is very helpful and nice. Location wise - also good. overall recomended.

Optisch sehr schönes Haus, liegt aber direkt an einer Hauptstraße, nur der Parkplatz ist dazwischen. Fenster sind aber gut isoliert, so dass man drin fast nichts hört, aber auf der Terasse sitzen ist nicht wirklich schön...
