1. Up to three months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated by either contracting party without paying a cancellation fee, by unilateral declaration. Up to one month before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated by either contracting party by unilateral declaration, but a cancellation fee amounting to 40% of the room price must be paid. 6. The accommodation provider is obliged to make an effort to rent out the unused rooms according to the circumstances (§ 1107 ABGB).

• Our chalet meadow is not fenced to offer our guests an unobstructed view of the beautiful nature. This means that you should leash your four-legged friend when leaving the chalet. This ensures that your dog does not run up to other guests or wildlife, which we still have in large numbers. The same applies to the "dog toilet". If your four-legged friend does their business outside the chalet while walking, please make sure to pick up the excrement with a suitable bag, which can then be disposed of at several points along the hiking trail to Schattwald in appropriate dog waste boxes.
• Please understand that we rate the final cleaning in the chalet according to the degree of soiling, and it may increase depending on the cleaning effort required.
• If something goes wrong or breaks despite all efforts, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can look for a suitable solution together.
