Description
From the entrance, you'll pass through a hallway adorned with lovely details and into the generous living area, which seamlessly connects to the dining room and the large kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher, and with the adjoining large dining table, there's ample space for dining and playing.
On the ground floor, to the right of the living area, there is a bathroom, and on this level, you will also find the first bedroom, which has a double bed.
A staircase leads to the first floor, which has been designed with an open concept on the right side. The second sleeping area is furnished with two single beds and is located on the gallery. From here, you have access to the beautiful roof terrace with a lounge area and a magical view.
To the left of the staircase is the third bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed.
Back on the ground floor, from the living room, you can access the outdoor area, which features a large covered terrace, an outdoor grill, and a small children's playground (around the corner, on the side of the house).
From the terrace, you have access to the second bathroom and a beautiful view of the greenery.
The large pool, measuring 10x5 meters, invites you to linger and relax with its expansive terrace and sunbathing options. (ETV 120/82)

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Super schöne Finca mit riesigem Pool
Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig:-)
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit viel Erholung und tollen Eindrücken der Insel durch eine Vielzahl von Ausflügen, die sich von dort angeboten haben.
Die Finca und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und der große Pool war hervorragend zum Abkühlen und Relaxen geeignet.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, umgeben von Feldern, Bäumen und viel Natur.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.
Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Frau Kerstan, die uns bereits vor der Anreise sehr gut betreut hat!"

Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kindern, da der Pool mit einem Zaun und Tor abgetrennt ist
