Off the big tourism stream, in a scenery which has preserved its original character, lies the estate Il Poggio, a big vine-farm with swimming-pool.

Cultivated, old cypress avenues are the landmark of the property. In all directions one has a miraculous look over the Tuscan hill scenery.

The vast extent of the property is suitable for resOt-looking pairs, as well as for families with children who find a lot of place to play and discover. There is a separate children pool, swing and children's slide, cot and high-level chair are available free of cost.

On site there is a German-speaking reception, here you will get helpful tips for excursions and restaurant recommendations.

Wie schon so oft waren wir auch in diesem Jahr wieder auf Il Poggio. Zunächst hatten wir - wie so viele Menschen - &quot;Corona-Bedenken&quot;. Wir sind trotzdem gefahren. Und es wurde ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Auf Il Poggio waren ganz wenige Menschen und die konnten sich wunderbar auf dem weitläufigen Gelände aus dem Wege gehen. Sowohl auf Il Poggio als auch auch aus Deutschland wurden wir bestens betreut. Frau Hämmerle hat unsere Reise hervorragend organisiert und wir hatten nie das Gefühl in dieser schweren Zeit alleine gelassen zu werden. Dies gab uns die Sicherheit die Toskana auch in diesem Jahr wieder geniessen zu können. Vielen Dank Frau Hämmerle !

Waren schon 2019 auf dem Landgut und haben für 2021 schon gebucht.

Das Landgut ist ideal für Ausflüge in die gesamte Toscana geeignet,da es zentral und doch ruhig liegt.
Wir schätzen die Ruhe,die Umgebung sowie die Gastfreundschaft und das Essen von Ticiana und Ihrem Mann (2019).Auch 2020 waren wir sehr begeistert von der Kochkunst der Köchin Claudia.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf dem Landgut. Unsere Kinder haben die Zeit am Pull sehr genossen und auch das Pizza Diner am Donnerstag war für die Kids ein Highlight.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Ein altes Weingut wurde umgebaut zu einem tollen Feriendomizil. Unsere Wohnung war sehr nett eingerichtet und trotz der heißen Temperaturen war es immer sehr angenehm. Eine tolle Terrasse, ein Pool, ein Kinderspielplatz sowie eine wundervolle Umgebung haben uns einen tollen Urlaub erleben lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit unserer Wohnung/Haus sehr zufrieden. Obwohl der Kinderspielplatz in der Nähe war, wurde die Ruhe dadurch dicht gestört. Der Pool war super. Wir konnten im Schatten, teilweise ganz alleine, ungestört relaxen. Die Verpflegung im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Das gesamte Personal auf Il Poggio war super freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Mitten drin, abseits der Touristenströme. Ruhige Lage, individuelle, großzügige Wohnungen mit ausreichend Privatsphäre. Weitläufiges Landgut im toskanischen Stil, sehr schön restauriert. Großer, toll gelegener Pool. 20 min nach San Gimignano. Genügend Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung. Idealer Stützpunkt für´s Sonnenbaden, Kulturerleben, Städtevisiten, Wandern. Wir haben uns hier sehr gut erholt. Habe es nochmal gebucht und kann es für Paare mit u. ohne Kinder unbedingt empfehlen.
