The apartment Am Pfänder is located on the 2nd floor of our beatiful house and has three bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen, which is ideal for cooking and socializing. The highlight of the apartment, however, is a 8 square meter large balcony from which you can watch as the sun dips into Lake Constance in the evening with a glass of wine.
Also a spacious terrace with a porch swing, a charcoal grill and plenty of seating is at your disposal.

From Switzerland: Cross the border at St. Margrethen, then via Höchst, Hard and Bregenz to Lochau; In the center of Lochau at the church turn right and after about 4 km take the turnoff to the right towards "Haus Roth".
From the South: Take the A14 towards Germany, exit at Lochau Hörbranz. Turn left at the church in Lochau and after about 4 km take the turnoff to the right towards "Haus Roth".

Wunderschön, Panoramablick
Vielen lieben Dank für Ihre wunderschöne Unterkunft, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und der Ausblick ein Traum.
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Vorallem mit Teenager perfekt, da jedes Schlafzimmer mit einem Bad ausgestattet ist.
Die Familie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Man liegt hoch oben auf dem Pfänder und der Ausblick mit den Sonnenuntergängen war einzigartig.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder, denn die Herzlichkeit ist soo schön und die Atmosphäre wunderbar.

Wer die Ruhe mit einem außergewöhnlichen Ausblick sucht - ist hier richtig
Die Kaffeemaschine könnte gegen eine neuere ersetzt werden , das Geschirr ist leider nicht passend zu einander
Die Bäder sind in einem ziemlich alten Zustand, müssten auf einen neueren Standard gebracht werden ( wenig Ablagefläche, keine Lüftung, veraltete Wasserhähne, ziemlich kleiner Duscheinstieg mit hohem Absatz)
Frau Roth und Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank
Wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt, der Ausblick auf den Bodensee entschädigt für manches.

Traumhafte Bodenseelage
Sehr schöne Ferienwohng mit Traumblick über den Bodensee
Das absolute Highlight ist der Balkon mit Blick über den Bpdensee. Unvergesslich.
Leider waren die Betten unter dem Bezug nicht sauber. Wir haben es erst am Abtreisetag gemerkt (bräunliche Verfärbung ).
Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Der Pfänder vor der Tür. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.
